HOMEMADE VEGGIE PIZZA
Making the pizza bread:
First, sprinkle a half spoon of sugar in warm water and add yeast. Stir them for a while and let the mixture sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. Then add flour, salt, olive oil and frothy yeast mixture in a bowl. Stir them for a few minutes till the mixture becomes sticky. Cover the dough loosely in a large bowl so that it can double up
Making the tomato sauce:
Chop the tomatoes and garlic. Heat the oil and fry the chopped garlic and tomatoes. Let them cook for 4-5 minutes. Then, add salt and pepper. Mix them and cook further for 3-4 minutes.
Assembling the veggie pizza
First, flatten the dough and spread the tomato sauce on it. Top the pizza with sliced veggies and then spread the grated cheese. Preheat the oven at 200 ˚C and bake the veggie pizza for 15-20 minutes.
Serve your pizza hot
